Welcome to Your Dream Car Wraps ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website yourdreamcar.ca (the "Site") and our services.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
We provide vehicle customization services including but not limited to vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, window tinting, and caliper painting.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our Services at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Site, render the Site inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the Site or the Content.
When scheduling services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your vehicle as prompted by our forms.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Your Dream Car Wraps and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Your Dream Car Wraps.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment for vehicle services. Full payment is due upon completion of the service and before the release of the vehicle. We accept cash, credit, debit, and e-transfers.
Our services come with a specific warranty period as detailed in your service agreement. This warranty covers material defects and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
In no event shall Your Dream Car Wraps, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
